About RosterMate
What is RosterMate?
RosterMate is an independent roster and bidding analysis tool used by airline crew, including Saudia (SV) cockpit and cabin crew. It reads the monthly bid pack and turns it into something you can actually decide with: every eligible line ranked to your preferences, the whole month visible day by day, and the pay picture attached.
The app lives at roster-m8.com, so you'll also see the name written RosterM8, Roster M8 or Roster Mate — all the same product.
Why it exists
Every month, crew move between long bid-pack PDFs and apps or websites that can exclude unwanted lines but do not sort the remaining options to their preferences. Comparing days off, report times, layovers, and pay by hand still takes hours.
RosterMate was built to close that gap: exclude what you'd never accept, then rank the eligible lines that remain by what actually matters to you — and see the trade-offs honestly.
Who builds it
RosterMate is founder-led — built by an active airline pilot who bids the same packs, with cabin crew input shaping the cabin side. It is an independent product: not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Saudia Airlines or any airline.

- Ranked lines, 34 adjustable metrics, Simple and Advanced planning modes, calendar and duty detail, pay estimates (a full estimate chain for cockpit; honest variable-pay estimates for cabin), bid building and one-tap COBS export.
- Paid plans are one-time purchases — 3, 6, or 12 months, no automatic renewal (see pricing).
Where it's going
Sharper pay insight, and more of what crew ask for — the roadmap is driven by real user feedback right now. Future plans are plans, not promises: anything not listed under "today" isn't live yet.
