Terms of Service

RosterMate is an independent product built by a fellow crew member. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Saudia (Saudi Arabian Airlines) or any of its subsidiaries. It does not replace any official company system. Your airline’s own bidding and rostering systems remain the sole authoritative source for your bids, schedule, and pay.

The Service is intended for active Saudia cockpit and cabin crew and requires a valid @saudia.com email address. You must register using your own payroll number and email, and you are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.

New accounts receive a free trial of the Service — currently 30 days from registration — with no payment details required. RosterMate may also grant complimentary access to specific accounts; any complimentary access already granted will be honoured through its stated end date.

Paid access to the Service is sold as fixed-term plans as published on the pricing page at the time of purchase, with prices inclusive of applicable taxes.

• Plans do not renew automatically. RosterMate will not initiate another charge unless you actively purchase a new term.
• Access ends when your term ends unless you purchase again. When a term expires, subscription-gated features pause; your account and settings remain subject to the retention terms in the Privacy Policy.
• Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our third-party payment provider and merchant of record, which handles checkout on our behalf. RosterMate stores a limited purchase record for each order — order reference, plan, amount, purchase email, payment/refund state, and dates — to provide and audit your access. RosterMate never stores your card details; those are held by Lemon Squeezy.
• During a free trial or complimentary period, no payment is collected; this section applies to any paid term you purchase.

Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

RosterMate analyses bid-pack PDFs to produce rankings, pay estimates, and other figures. These are estimates for your own planning and may be incomplete or inaccurate. They are not guarantees. Always confirm anything that matters — pay, legality, eligibility, awarded lines — against your official company systems.

You agree not to:

• register with a payroll number or email that is not your own;
• attempt to access other users’ accounts or data;
• disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or attempt to break the security of the Service;
• use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in breach of your own employment obligations.

The Service is offered on a best-effort basis and may be unavailable, interrupted, or changed at any time, including during maintenance or while features are still being developed. We may add, modify, or remove features, and may update these terms; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

We may suspend or remove an account that appears to breach these terms, to be registered under someone else’s identity, or to put the Service or other users at risk. You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your account at any time (see the Privacy Policy).

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of any output.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RosterMate and its operator will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any decision you make based on the Service’s output, including bids submitted, pay expectations, or schedule planning. Your official company systems remain authoritative.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
