How subscriptions work

  • Fixed term — your plan runs for its full period and then simply ends.
  • Plans do not renew automatically. RosterMate will not initiate another charge unless you actively purchase a new term.
  • Renewing = choosing a plan again when your term ends. We'll remind you honestly in the app.
  • When your term expires, subscription-gated features pause. Your account and settings remain subject to the retention terms in our Privacy Policy.

Why manual renewal instead of auto-renew?
Crew bid monthly — you're here anyway. We'd rather you actively choose to stay than quietly charge a stored card.
How does the free trial work?
Every new account starts with a 30-day free trial of everything — no card required. When it ends, buy a plan whenever you're ready; nothing is charged automatically.
What if I buy while I still have access?
New access is added after your current access period ends — remaining trial or plan days are never lost.
Do cockpit and cabin pay different prices?
No — one subscription, same price, full access for your crew profile.

How do I pay?
Lemon Squeezy, our payment provider and merchant of record, handles secure checkout — cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. RosterMate never sees or stores your card details.
